4. I have registered a Domain Name but I don’t know how to create a web site on it.
A Domain Name is just a record if it has not been connected to a website containing actual content or to some IPs. In order to create this connection, at least 2 Nameservers must be stated for your Domain Name. The Nameservers are responsible for "guiding" visitors to your website. Nameserver information is provided to you by your chosen Domain Name hosting provider.
5. How much does a Domain Name registration cost?
Please chech our pricelist for domain registration and renewal costs.
6. How long does a registration last?
A domain name registration for international tld lasts from one to ten years.
7. All of my company's products are trademarked and therefore protected and can not be registered as Domain Names by a third party, correct?
This is incorrect. All applicants submitting a Domain Name assignment application state that they are knowingly not infringing on any third party rights by requesting the Domain Name. Domain Names are assigned on a First Come - First Serve basis.
8.How many registered Domain Names can one have?
There is no limit on the number of Domain Names applicants can register. This applies to all companies, freelance professionals and individuals regardless of nationality.
9. Change Registrar
To transfer your domain you must have the "authorization code".
In case you don't have it you should contact your current registrar.
Changing registrar to a domain with international tld adds one year free renewal to the expiration date. Only for .eu domains the one-year renew begins from the date of transfer.
10. The nameserver that belongs to my Domain Name [.gr] will change IP. How will I inform you?
You can change IP through the online administration system.
11. The primary nameserver is more important than the secondary nameserver?
Typically, a single nameserver will be configured as the primary nameserver for a Domain Name. For backup purposes, a number of other nameservers may be configured as secondary nameservers. From the standpoint of DNS, there is no difference between primary and secondary nameservers, since the resolving algorithm simply uses a Domain's NS records in the order provided. Typically, the primary nameserver is listed first, followed by the secondaries, but this is not a requirement. In fact, if a group of Domain Names is served by a set of nameservers, the ordering of the nameservers may be mixed among the Domain Names, to facilitate load balancing.

12. I have lost my password. What should I do?
To retrieve the domain name password, the registrant should contact the domain name's registrar.

13. Change Registrant
